ReoTV shows the Reolink cameras, video doorbells, recorders and home hubs on your home network on your Apple TV.

ReoTV doesn't find my cameras

• The Apple TV and the cameras must be on the same network. If your cameras are on a separate network or VLAN, use Settings > Cameras > Add by address, or Search another network.
• Allow ReoTV to use the local network when tvOS asks. If you said no, turn it on in the Apple TV's Settings > Apps > ReoTV.

A camera says its login was refused

ReoTV never retries a login a device refused, so the device can't lock you out. Enter the right login in Settings > Device credentials.

The home screen shows only the ReoTV banner

Camera pictures appear above your apps only while ReoTV is in the top row. Open ReoTV once after installing it, and check Settings > Home screen. Battery cameras are never pictured there, so they aren't woken, and with a PIN lock set the banner is all that shows.

I forgot my PIN

Delete ReoTV and install it again. The PIN is cleared and your cameras are found again; their logins are kept.
